The story of devoted mother Dee Dee Blanchard and her disabled, terminally-ill daughter Gypsy Rose. Dee Dee & Gypsy epitomised the triumph of the human spirit over adversity and possessed a loving relationship that any parent would envy. But when ominous messages begin to appear on Dee Dee's Facebook account, it set off a chain of events that would reveal a bizarre and tragic tale that no one could ever have imagined possible.
